Manager of training and development in Bucha

• Work schedule: from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Building a corporate-wide training system and analyzing its effectiveness
• Analysis of training and staff development needs
< li>Creation models of competencies and the selection of tools for their evaluation
• Organization and support of the training process for the development of corporate competencies
• Building, administration and support of the personnel evaluation process
• Creation and management of the program "Personnel reserve" for key positions
• Writing position maps and IPR for employees
• Search for providers for training
• Participation in the budgeting process by field of study
• Preparation of reports
• Participation in other projects of the HR department
