Main responsibilities:

• Administration of trainings for company employees
• Creating training units in the system, uploading data to iLearn, tracking by constantly updating information, testing and analyzing indicators
• Coordinating technical issues and coordinating solutions with relevant teams
• Supporting users in case of technical issues (denial of access, problems with logging in)

• Constant review of key performance indicators and work on process improvement

Main requirements:

• Previous management experience projects (preferred)
• Proficiency in French, both written and spoken (high level) + knowledge of English
• Experience working with large volumes of data (preferred)
• Knowledge of MS Office
