   We are looking for an energetic and organized Learning and Onboarding Manager to help our new Sales Managers quickly adapt to work, improve their performance and become experts in their field. If you have experience in training staff, like to work with people and want to influence the results of the company - this job is for you!

Main responsibilities:

  • < p>Development and implementation of adaptation programs for new employees in the sales department.

  • Organization of trainings and training sessions aimed at improving the skills of managers sales.

  • Control and assessment of training effectiveness, monitoring of employee results at adaptation stages.

  • Creation and updating of educational materials.

  • Collaboration with department heads to determine training needs and develop individual programs.

  • Conducting coaching sessions and individual consultations with sales managers.

  • Development of a motivation system for effective adaptation of new employees.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Work experience in the field of training and development of personnel, preferably in the field of sales (will be an advantage).

  • Understanding the basic principles of sales and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to develop training and adaptation programs (will be an advantage, but not required)

  • Developed communication skills, charisma and the ability to interest the audience.

  • Skills of analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs.

  • High level of organization, responsibility and initiative.
