BOTBPeopleUkraine is a non-governmental charitable organization that deals with the fight against tuberculosis in Ukraine. The priority areas of our activity are the defense of rights and the advocacy of systemic changes, both at the regional and national levels, to ensure equal access to quality, people-oriented services for all people with TB. 

BO TBPeopleUkraine announces a competition for selection< span style="font-weight: 400"> consultants/oc withtraining for trainers based on the materials of the manual "Features of counseling people with tuberculosis. Motivational counseling",within the framework of activities to prevent stigma and discrimination by medical professionals towards TB patients, the project "Supporting measures to combat tuberculosis in Ukraine" of the international organization PATH .

A brief description of the implementation activities of TBPeopleUkraine BO within the scope of the project:Conducting trainings for trainers according to the materials of the manual "Features counseling people with tuberculosis. Motivational counseling". To teach the participants to use correct and tolerant expressions regarding people who are treating TB.
The result of the activities of the consultant:Prepared regional specialists who have undergone training based on the materials of the manual "Features of counseling people with tuberculosis. Motivational consulting".

Main job duties

• reading the materials of the training manual "Features of counseling people with tuberculosis. Motivational counseling";
• preparationtraining programs based on the materials of the manual "Features of counseling people with tuberculosis. Motivational counseling";
• developmentcurriculum, othereducational materials and exercises for training, etc.;< /span>
• development of presentations, working materials, questionnaires for determining the level of knowledge and other documents necessary for training;
< li style="font-weight: 400">training for trainers who will conduct events in regions withfeatures of counseling people with tuberculosis, motivational counseling;
• participation in work meetings and events of the organization;
• formulation and timely submission of documentation for reporting for what has been done work;
• keeping other project documentation;

Requirements for candidates

• interest in ensuring sustainability of services for TB patients, as well as empowering and empowering people, who have or have had tuberculosis and members of their families;
• excellent skills in preparing training programs for ( future) coaches in accordance with the set goals;
• experience of training for (future) trainers is welcome;
• established partnerships in the field countermeasures against the tuberculosis epidemic at the regional level are welcome;
• good communication skills skills;
• mastery of the material presented in the manual "Features of counseling people with tuberculosis. Motivational counseling" ;
• higher education;
• high written and oral command of the Ukrainian language;
• confident user of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
