We we are looking for an experienced and qualified trainer-lecturer to conduct educational sessions and trainings on topics related to skill development and awareness raising. Your main role will be to prepare and conduct interactive lectures at various locations, both within the region and with further business trips.

The vacancy is relevant for Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Kryvyi Rih, Kyiv, Kherson.

Working conditions:

• full time from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or hourly pay according to the number of activities carried out
• the opportunity to attend events and on-site activities, meetings as needed

Responsibilities:

• Definition of topics, preparation and conducting of lectures and trainings for various target audiences.
• Adaptation of materials according to the specifics of the participants .
• Ensuring interactive interaction during training sessions.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of trainings and collecting feedback.
• Participating in the development of training programs.
• Preparation of reports in accordance with management requests.
• Compliance with the policies, rules and regulations of HOMGO "Educated Initiative" and international donors.

Requirements:

• Higher education (psychology, pedagogy, social sciences or related).
• Experience with public organizations will be an advantage.
• Additional certification in which areas will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey the material to the audience.
• Confident command of teaching methods for adults.
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language; English will be an advantage .
