TCHU is thousands of people all over Ukraine who make the world a better place every day. of First Psychological Aid) provides facilitation of trainings in First Psychological Aid (including first aid for children, first aid for youth, first aid for complicated reactions and situations, first aid for unspecified loss, etc.), and other relevant trainings in the field of PZPSP, for volunteers and employees of the TCHU, the public, first-line specialists (including specialists in the social, medical, educational sphere, etc.) and partners, as well as the approval of educational materials for trainings, technical support and supervision of PPD instructors/trainers with PZPSP regional organizations TCHHU.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation for trainings and other educational events, including adaptation of the program, cases and role-plays games, checking the necessary equipment and materials, assessing risks and alternative scenarios in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Facilitation of live and online trainings and other educational events (workshops, information sessions, seminars, etc.) in the field of PPE in accordance with the Standards of the IPC and the International Movement of ChChhChP for employees and volunteers of the ChChHU, as well as for the public, first-line specialists (including emergency response teams, specialists in the social, medical, educational spheres, etc. ) and partners.
). - Providing technical support and supervision for a team of PPA instructors/PZPSP trainers to regional organizations of the TCHHU, including live during field trips;
- Supporting groups trained in the field PZPSP (in particular, from First Psychological Aid). Regular meetings after trainings with teams to improve the skills of providing PPD.
- Preparation of analytical reportsreports on the activities carried out (including trainings, supervisions and technical meetings live and online, etc.) with an outline of the main challenges, conclusions and recommendations. Provision of regular reporting on activity results.
- Training of instructors in PZPSP, which includes theoretical training and practical training of skills in providing PPD / conducting activities with PZPSP (at the request of the Department of PZPSP NC TCHHU).
- As needed and/or upon request Participation in the development and/or adaptation of the methodological materials and recommendations in the direction of PZPSP in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the standards of the International ChChhChPh Movement.
- Assistance in the implementation of new digital systems for assessing and monitoring the skills and competencies of employees and volunteers of the ChChH (including EQUIP, ENACT Role Play components, etc. ).
- Contributing to the creation of a training system and support of employees and volunteers of the TCHU (including the buddy system, peer-to-peer support, seminars on sharing experience, etc.).

- Conducting psycho-educational sessions for employees and volunteers of the TCHU, as well as for the public, specialists first line (including specialists in the social, medical, educational spheres, etc.) and partners.
- Preparation and holding of support groups, self-care sessions and teams for employees and volunteers of the TCHU, as well as the public, specialists first line and partners.
- Support of volunteer teams that participate in the response in armed conflict, including evacuation of the population, work at the sites of explosions, duty in hospitals (before and after briefings, PPD for groups, support groups and psychoeducational sessions, etc.).
If necessary and/or at the request of the Department of PZPSP of the NC of the ChKHU, monitoring the implementation of methodological standards with PZPSP and providing assistance to specialists at the regional and local level, as well as volunteers of the direction PZPSP.
Requirements:
Education:
- Successful completion of the Training for Psychosocial Support Trainers ( TOT) or Training for instructors in Psychological First Aid (PIA).
- Higher education in the field of psychology, pedagogy, in the social or other relevant field.
Work experience:
- Experience in facilitating psychological First Aid trainings.< /li>
- Experience in facilitating psychosocial support activities, conducting psychoeducational ones sessions.
- Experience in the field of health care, humanitarian work and/or volunteering experience.
