SC "Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights" is looking for a trainer for conducting webinars on the topic: social services in the Project "Minimum package of integrated social services for families with children".
Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD)was created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.
Tasks: holding webinars for representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations.
Responsibilities:
- preparation of reporting documentation on the results of webinars;
- creating the content and structure of the webinar program for communities and social service providers;
- conducting webinars on social services for communities and social service providers regarding the organization of social service provision;
- preparation of materials for conducting webinars using various training methods;
- development or meaningful contribution to the development of necessary documents, letters, requests, regulations, recommendations, plans, regulatory changes and other documents.
Requirements for the candidate:
- higher education by specialty: jurisprudence, psychology, sociology or pedagogy, social development or another related field;
- experience of working in the social sphere for at least 5 years;
- experience of coaching - mandatory;
- knowledge of the protection of children's rights and social work;
- understanding of the specifics of the work of children's services, centers of social services and social protection;
- experience of working in the sector of non-governmental organizations - additional advantage;
- ability to communicate effectively with representatives of various departments, professional groups of various levels, with experts in other fields (law, finance, housing, and others);
- ability to work with databases, prepare reporting documents.
Terms work:
- UMPD concludes a contract for the provision of services with a natural person-entrepreneur of the 3rd group;
