We are looking for an experienced specialist who will conduct training aimed at strengthening customer support skills for all employees involved in working with already connected customers (two levels of technical support, VIP managers, mutual settlement managers).

Key Tasks

• Analyzing the work of existing employees, identifying errors and problem situations, conducting appropriate training
• Correction of knowledge and skills based on listening to calls
• Developing a training plan
• Conducting training for newcomers, control of adaptation and attestations

Requirements for candidates< /b>

• Minimum 2 years of successful experience as a trainer
• Experience and knowledge in the field of technical support/customer support, understanding the principles of call center work (not sales)
• Experience in developing methodical materials, training programs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Focus on results, responsibility, independence
