Who we are looking for:

A technologist, professional brand trainer, hairdressing teacher or practitioner who has the desire and potential to develop as a technologist trainer. 

Skills required:

• Proficiency in MS programs: Word, Exel, PPT, Zoom, MS Teams;
• Ability to speak in front of an audience;
• Mandatory work experience in the beauty field;
• Knowledge of basic colors, haircuts;
• Responsibility and attention to details, willingness to take initiative and implement it;
• Language skills - fluency in Ukrainian, English - no lower than Intermediate (B1);
• Readiness for business trips;
• Creativity and desire to learn new things.

We emphasize special attention to the fact that the position involves work in the office, and not on a remote basis.

Your duties will include:

• Organization of education: Development and implementation of training programs on coloristics for students, including theoretical and practical classes on models; conducting consultation days (online consultation); conducting seminars in salons (outside), preparation of products and tools necessary for conducting educational seminars and trainings; participation in the development of training plans and schedules of the department; preparation of materials/tools/accessories for educational processes; preparation and editing of educational materials and presentations in PPT; translation and adaptation of foreign educational materials
• Practical demonstrations: coloring and cutting of models;
• Correction and evaluation: Continuous monitoring of students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and tips to improve their skills;
• Knowledge improvement: monitoring new trends in the world of coloristics, searching for innovative methods and incorporating them into the curriculum;
• Creating a positive atmosphere: Providing a motivating and friendly atmosphere at classes that promotes active learning and creativity;
• Consulting: consulting and training customers and employees on the use of products
• Participation in company events

In general, your job will be to train practicing masters and provide them with the necessary tools and knowledge.
