Currently we need  Customer Support Agentin one of our portfolio companies who can not only support the level of customer service, but also improve it.

What challenges await you in the role of Customer Support Agent:
— processing incoming calls to the customer support service through calls (Freshdesk );
— processing of requests through chats and e-mails;
— participation in the development of scripts and proposals for improving work processes;
— keeping the refund rate at an appropriate level;
— transmitting bug reports upon their independent detection or after receiving a request from customers.

What is important to us:
— English language proficiency level B1 and above;
— comfortable conditions for remote work are available (stable Internet connection, absence of extraneous noise in the room and availability of a working computer);
— customer orientation, openness, the desire to help and solve the client's problems;.
— a high level of stress resistance.
It will be cool if you already have experience in customer/technical support or sales to the English-speaking market on the phone; if you have no experience, we are ready to teach you everything!
