Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter/completion of relevant courses
• Ability to easily find contact and negotiate with people; 
• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency;
• A positive personality, a high level of empathy

Responsibilities:

• Searching for IT specialists (engineers, testers, etc.);
• Building talent pipelines;
• Making market research by request;
• Work with different source platforms such as LinkedIn
• Coordinate all interview stages (technical, project, and customer interviews)
