Trainee Outstaff Coordinator in DashDevs LLC

We are looking for a Trainee Outstaff Coordinator person, who will be involved in day-to-day management of resources at outstaff projects. As an Outstaff coordinator you will work closely with engineers assigned to outstaff projects and delivery managers for coordinating availability of resources.You will be a part of delivery department (Delivery & Project managers), you will have a direct line manager - Project Managment Lead.In your daily work you will use Jira & Confluence, Google sheets, Google Meet, Slack for communication.Your Background 0,5 years of experience on a similar positionExperience with preparing reports and with Google sheetsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detailsCritical and analytical thinkingEnglish level: Upper-intermediateSkills that will be a plus:Experience with Jira & ConfluenceResponsibilitiesPeople availability at assigned oustaff projectsSupport their onboarding according to the procedureManaging requests for outstaff resources in JiraManaging people’s vacations and sick daysGathering feedback from the Clients for the team membersKeep confluence project documentation updated (project charter, stakeholder matrix, team feedback, etc)Prepare monthly time reports for the reporting period and invoicingEscalate issues to delivery management if needed.We offer25 billable days offOpportunity to grow to the Project manager role in a futureClearly described business processes in the company that really workFair and competitive compensationRegular updates on company news, Q&A sessions with top managementFlexible work scheduleRemote work modePartial coverage of co-working costsPlease indicate your salary expectations.
