Trainee Operations Specialist (Talent Acquisition Team) in Universe Group

We are looking for an attentive and responsible Trainee Operations Specialist to Universe Group.

This role is about starting in the operational direction. You will join the recruiting team and support and scale processes together with a team that makes more than 200 hires per year.

We are looking for a novice specialist to train, share experience and develop into an independent and confident pro. We have a lot of processes, inter-team interaction, initiatives - and a place where you can quickly train.

Your future challenges:

• Administration of vacancies: posting, feedback processing, e-mails.
• Coordination of internal and external processes: recommendations, agencies, job fairs, hackathons.
• Support of HR, PR, Admin teams in tasks where we overlap.
• Update of databases, templates, processes in internal systems.
• Participation in internal team projects (for example: onboarding, knowledge base, process optimization).

• Strong planning, structuring and working with information skills.
• Attention to details and the ability to stay focused in a multitask environment.
• Proactive and willing to streamline processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in event coordination, participation in student initiatives, knowledge of HR/recruitment processes.
