Come and intern at the "Silpo" Marketing Office!

To join the program, you need:

• be creative and ready for new challenges, a cat that has a desire to learn and absorb information;
• get an education in marketing and advertising;
• have an irresistible desire to develop in the marketing environment and implement projects in the restaurant direction;
• excellent self-organization skills;
• developed communication skills and willingness to interact with related services (designers, production);
• the ability to evaluate creative ideas under the proposed tasks and conditions;
• a basic understanding of restaurant business principles will be an advantage;
• be an active user of MS Office, knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator will be a plus;
• go through the stages of selection:
  • fill out the questionnaire and play the game;
  • record a video business card;
  • complete the test task and pass the final interview with the future manager.

During the program you will learn and learn:

• implement and support the marketing projects of "Silpo" restaurants: menu design, thematic design of restaurants, activities, promotions, festivals, events, promotion and coordination of websites and social networks, transfer of atmosphere and chips;
• accompany the opening of new restaurants;
• create a WOW experience for Restaurant Guests.
