GlobalLogic is inviting Trainee Manual QA Engineer  to join the team.

About the project: Our client is dedicated to supporting caregivers in managing the challenges of looking after aging parents, children with special needs, or loved ones with health conditions. The company offers personalized caregiving solutions, including expert care teams made up of licensed professionals, customized Caregiving Blueprints, and a digital platform for managing care plans, secure communication, and collaboration. They also provide a library of resources to help caregivers make informed decisions and maintain self-care. Client aims to reduce the stress of caregiving, enabling caregivers to balance their responsibilities effectively while ensuring their loved ones receive the best possible care.

Requirements:

• BS or BA degree or QA certification is a must
• Any commercial experience in SW development domain will be a big plus
• Good knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
• Knowledge of mobile web standards & guidelines
• Good understanding of Android/iOS mobile platforms & apps testing with writing test scenarios
• Attention to details, patience and investigation skills
• Flexible & adaptable in the face of changing priorities or circumstances
• Fast learner with a strong problem solving skills
• Good communications skills, with at least Intermediate English level (both verbal and written skills)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Product and R&D teams, formulating test plans, preparing test cases, executing the tests, and fully documenting and reporting the results
• Requirements gathering, writing, monitoring, executing and evaluating application tests
• Performing testing on websites front ends, mobile applications and application back-ends
• Assist in managing day-to-day testing activities, such as test monitoring and status reporting at the end of the testing day
• Coordinate with co-developers, product owners and send regular updates
