Stack Up is an internship for those who want to grow quickly, take responsibility and influence business results from the start.

The program helps to move from junior-ready to junior-needed.

Stack Up: Lead Generation Trainee Program is:

• 4 weeks of intensive training with practice;
• availability of a mentor, regular feedback from specialists;
• scholarship during training;
• basic knowledge of lead generation, work with key tools (Google Sheets, Google Docs, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo) and their application in real tasks;
• access to English Club.

The program ends with a final exam. The most successful participants of the program will be considered for further employment in the Techstack team.

• have a certificate of completion of IT lead generation courses;

The next stages of joining Techstack:

1. survey first impression and test;
2. pre-screening with a recruiter and English language proficiency check;
3. review of your resume and test task by our experts;
4. introduction to our mentor;
5. final introduction to HR Specialist and Lead Talent Acquisition.

Start of training: 02/02/2026 (start date of training depends on group recruitment and may be postponed).

Our selection is on a competitive basis. This means that we consider several candidates at the same time, and the final decision is made after all stages of the process are fully completed.

The first selection of participants is based on a review of the CV, the results of the test, the answers to the questionnaire and the level of English.
