What will you do:

• Develop targets and build current Customer Journey Maps from all processes passed by the company's client
• Build an analytics to evaluate CJM

• Analyze the market to identify new consumer trends and approaches
• Perform Benchmarking similar processes, products and services in competitors for use "BEST PRACTICES"
• To conduct client experience research through deep interviews, focus groups, surveys
• Develop recommendations to optimize the client's way and increase its satisfaction
