About the role
We’re looking for a Trainee/Junior Candidate Development Representative to join the team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential candidates, reaching out via LinkedIn and other channels, introducing them to our opportunities, and guiding them into our talent pipeline. This is a great entry point into IT recruitment and Lead Generation, with lots of room to learn and grow.
What you will do
- Conduct full-cycle lead generation outreach via LinkedIn to attract potential candidates;
- Initiate and maintain conversations with candidates, presenting company opportunities and building long-term interest;
- Make initial qualification of candidates through messaging and screening questions, ensuring their fit for roles;
- Drive conversion by engaging and motivating qualified leads to move forward in the recruitment process;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and Google Sheets;
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Must haves
- 0-1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or lead generation;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B1+);
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes;
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle large volumes of written communication daily;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment;
- Aptitude for easy learning and fast adaptation;
- Creative thinking and a goal-oriented mindset.
Nice to haves
- Prior experience with LinkedIn or other sourcing tools;
- Knowledge of IT roles and terminology;
- Experience with Google Sheets and CRMs.
