Trainee/Junior Graphic Designer (educational product) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.
 

Brighterly is a closed marketplace, with 1-on-1 math tutoring for children in the US market. We are building a full-fledged online school with STEM sciences for children. Now our users in the form of parents can get professional services to help their children with problems that classical educational institutions cannot cope with. We have personalized approaches to each child and are focused on results.

In two years, we conducted more than 10,000 lessons and graduated more than 2,000 students. In almost 2 years from MVP, we have grown to 30+ in-house specialists, 30 remote and 200+ tutors in different geos around the world.

To scale the business, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team, who is ready to create unique creatives and strengthen the product, take into account the needs of the business and learn and grow a lot.

What is important to us:

— 1 year+ experience in a similar position;
— Experience with Figma;
— Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks quickly;
— Understanding of composition, typography, color theory;
— English level B1 and above ;
— High level of motivation and desire for development;
— Knowledge of marketing design - the ability to create visual content that effectively influences the product's audience.

What challenges await:< /strong>

— Creation of static creatives based on a clear TOR, using Figma, for product promotion on various social network platforms (mainly Facebook, Instagram);
— Creation of variations of creatives already from ready-made creatives and generation of new creative concepts;
— Work with resizes for different formats of promotion channels;
— Generation of ideas together with the marketing team to improve visual communication in advertising materials;
— Analysis of advertising materials of competitors and social networks to track global trends in design.
 

Will be a plus:

— Experience in video editing programs (After Effects/ CapCut);
— Experience working with AI (statics and video generation).

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to work in an office/hybrid format in Kyiv.
