Trainee\Junior Customer Support in Prematch

And we are looking for a Trainee\Junior Customer Support : ). 
The main task is to provide high-quality user support.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and solving incoming requests through various communication channels: tickets, chats, calls.
• Following internal rules and compliance with KPI.
• Communication with other departments, escalation of cases .
• Documentation.

Requirements:

• Fluent and competent Ukrainian language (written and spoken);
• English Intermediate and above (written and spoken) will be a plus ;
• Willingness to change work schedule (morning/day/night);

• High communication skills, ability to make decisions.
