Responsibilities:

• Analyzing projects based on provided information.
• Asking clients questions to clarify necessary details.
• Creating project documentation such as Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), workflows, user stories, and technical tasks.
• Communicating and defining the scope of work.
• Managing change requests.
• Conducting research if needed.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Spreadsheets or Excel.
• Ability to create wireframes, flows, and diagrams in Miro or Figma is a plus.
• English proficiency at a B2 level.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Responsible and able to work independently.
• Attentive to details.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve complicated issues.
