Areas of responsibility:

• Formation of an effective team (selection, adaptation, training, coordination and control of personnel );
• Ensuring the maximum attractiveness of the store for customers in accordance with the Company's corporate standards;
• Controlling and ensuring the preservation of merchandise.

We expect:

• Effective achievement of results according to the main indicators of work in previous positions;
• Availability of secondary special (commercial, economic), unfinished higher or higher education (mainly in the field of trade, economics, finance, management);
• Availability of successful management experience of at least 1 year in food retail trade or in office positions;
• Availability of PC experience at the level of a confident user (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, preferably knowledge of 1C: Trade and warehouse);
• Readiness for training.
