Having a high school diploma or pursuing higher education;
Preferably have experience in a similar position or, if not, have significant achievements to share;

Able to manage a defined territory, from supporting existing clients to finding new ones to grow our business ;

Have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners;
Strategically use all available resources to achieve goals, taking into account environmental sustainability;
Open to learning new digital tools and using them to achieveobtaining the best results;
Your ability to analyze the market and consumer behavior combined with the ability to identify opportunities, which further leads to the creation of business analytics and proposals for strategic investments in customers' retail outlets;
Negotiate contracts, ensure visibility and availability of products from our portfolio, activate the trade marketing calendar and execute merchandising standards to prepare retail outlets for consumers;
You manage our assets on the market and in customer retail outlets;
Use sales tools for reporting and store quality assurance.

You will have a mentor (Buddy) who will introduce you to the business, your daily tasks and the territory during your induction period;
You will constantly learn the best sales techniques in our Sales Academy;
You will use advanced digital solutions to support data collection, process automation and access to sales analytics.
