  • Our new team members have:
  • Have a high school diploma or higher education;
  • Preferably have experience in a similar position or, if not, have  significant achievements to share;
  • Have a valid category "B" driver's license and an up-to-date medical certificate (form 083/о) for the right to drive the relevant vehicle. 

You can be successful in this role if:

  • Can manage a defined territory, from supporting existing clients to finding new ones to grow our business;
  • Willing to work closely with your colleagues and believe that "WE" is above "I";
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial partners;
  • Strategically use all available resources to achieve goals, taking into account environmental sustainability;
  • Open to learning new digital tools and using them to achieve the best results;
  • Your ability to analyze the market and consumer behavior is combined with the ability to identify opportunities, which further leads to the creation of business analytics and proposals for strategic investments in customer outlets;
  • Negotiate contracts, ensure visibility and availability of products from our portfolio, activate the trade-marketing calendar and fulfill merchandising standards to prepare retail outlets for consumers;
  • You manage our assets in the market and in customer retail outlets;
  • Use sales tools for reporting and store quality assurance.

  • We will provide clear guidance on market tasks and the best sales tools so you can track your results
  • You will continuously learn the best sales techniques in our Sales Academy;
  • You will use advanced digital solutions to support data collection, process automation and access to sales analytics.
