FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Ternopil

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES:

The Business Development Sales Representative is responsible for executing a sales marketing and distribution plan that meets the commercial goals of brand activation, sales volume, distribution and retail.

KEY DUTIES

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Implement the trade marketing and distribution model in the territory, in accordance with the chosen goals and best practices of the company
  • Efficient use of territorial and financial assets.
  • Search for new opportunities for business development.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • Ensuring the quality and availability of products, distribution goals and minimizing situations of stock shortages.
  • Availability of products in the appropriate place, in accordance with the portfolio strategy of optimizing the store assortment

ACTIVATION OF RETAIL TRADE

  • Achieve product visibility goals and investment goals. 
  • Coordinate the trade activities of employees or a third-party company in the territory.

DATA ACCURACY

  • Ensure proper maintenance of the database of consumers/customers and registration of new clients/consumers

 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Driver's license and active driving experience (MKP) from 1 year
  • Diploma of junior specialist (bachelor) or diploma of higher education
  • Work experience in sales/ trade marketing 2
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in reporting and information processing in MS Excel
  • Pre-intermediate English language skills are preferred
