Trade Marketing Specialist in Filip Morris Ukrayina*

A partner of the tobacco company "Philip Morris Sales and Distribution", an affiliate of "Philip Morris International" in Ukraine, is looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Management of subcontractors: planning, budget, logistics.
• Analysis efficiency of contractors and recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of promotional activities.
• Coordination with agencies; provision of POSM/TPOSM.
• Adherence to compliance requirements and policies during activations.
• Administration of the visibility platform: updating the structure, content, reporting.
• Collaboration with cross-functions to agree on content and deadlines; control of compliance with brand guides.
• Team support in planning promotional activities and equipment.
• Working with large data sets, checking the correctness of information.
• Document flow: preparation and opening of PO (P2P), status control.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education.
• Experience is desirable: from 1 year in large or international companies (analytics/reporting), mainly in FMCG.
• A confident user of Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience with AutoCAD / SAP will be a plus.
• An intermediate level of English is desirable.
• Analytical thinking, ability to work with deadlines, attention to details, high communication skills.
