Specialist in trade marketing in BAYADERA GROUP

Bayadera Logistics ELIT Company is an importer and distributor of elite alcoholic beverages, is the exclusive representative in Ukraine of Diageo, Moet-Hennessy, Jagermeister, represents alcoholic beverages Captain Morgan, Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Glenmorangie , Moёt & Chandon, Cointreau, Metaxa and many others, is looking for a team — Off Trade Marketing specialist

Key duties of the position:

• Control and consolidation of photo reports (DTM, placed by POSM) according to the planner.
• Control of the use of marketing budgets and services of trade networks (according to contractual conditions).
• Regular (field) off-trade visits (min. 2 times a month).
• Cooperation with the sales department to support the off-trade channel.
• Collection and analysis of data on the alcohol market, competitors in the off-trade channel.
• Assisting the trade manager in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Search and selection of contractors (drafting of specifications, request for calculation of products).
• Control of the sale of printing products and various POS materials (production of samples, meetings with contractors; approval, payment control and reporting).

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (marketing/management).
• At least 2 years of experience in an FMCG company (sales/marketing/trade-marketing).
• Knowledge of the English language is not lower than B1 (Intermediate).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and analyze information.
• A confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skills for preparing and designing presentations.
• Proactive with a responsible attitude to tasks and a high level of attention to detail.
• Having a car is welcome.
