From the Future (th) Colleague WE NEED: Work experience in a similar position from 3 years; Experience in the fields of Wellness & Beauty will be an advantage; Knowledge of market trends and features, in which our company works; Practical skills in coordinating and structuring trade-marketing projects; Autonomy: the ability to make decisions and think within the framework of an "action plan", not "problems"; High communication skills, the ability to interact qualitatively with the team, customers and distributors by actors; Understanding of financial aspects and analytical thinking, the ability to analyze the financial parameters of projects and activities; Orientation to the result and deadlines for the implementation of agreements; Proactivity. MAIN FUNCTIONALITY provided for by this position: Creation of a marketing promotion plan and promotions for the year for all markets and distribution channels Control of competitors' activities and quick response to their incentive programs; Construction of a structure/system of trade marketing, audit of sales points; Development of merchandising standards, timely updating of POSm, product catalogs, planograms and layout standards, special. packages, etc.; Preparation of training materials for sellers, holding presentations together with product owners; were lower than the goals.
