POSITION: Trade marketing analytics specialist

FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Odesa

Key tasks and expectations from this role:The responsibility of a trade marketing analytics specialist is to provide analytical and operational support at the level of the division/region of the division manager and commercial managers and consolidation of information from the field structure of trade marketing and distribution for further transfer to support departments.

DUTIES:

• Formation of analytical tools (reports and dashboards) on the main business indicators for the division team, taking into account the specifics of current programs and features teams.
• Distribution of goals to field teams.
• Tracking KPI performance and providing detailed information, regarding focus areas.
• Working with the Power BI tool on a daily basis, developing new reports and supporting existing ones.
• Development and maintenance of the division dashboard, the main tool for tracking the achievement of goals by key indicators.
• Centralization of information and feedback from representatives sales and business development and commercial managers.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative feedback and analysis of cyclical activity, NPI.
• Support representatives of sales and business development and commercial managers, regarding investment and contract documentation.
• Monitoring of retail engagement programs at the division level.

 KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language
• Average level of English
• Higher education.
• Leadership skills.
