Trade marketer in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

YASNO is abrand under which a group of companies operating in the supply of electricity, gas, energy efficiency solutions and electric vehicles. We provide services for 3.5 million Ukrainian families and 80 thousand legal clients. Three companies of the YASNO brand three times topped the rating of electricity suppliers of Ukraine compiled by the analytical center DiXi Group as part of the USAID project.

Trade marketer

We will solve the following tasks together with you:

• Planning and implementation of trade marketing activities;
• Tracking trends in trade marketing activities and forming proposals regarding them adaptations for YASNO;
• Development of proposals, ideas, concepts regarding the manufacture and branding of marketing products (approach to design, selection of products, manufacturing and branding technologies);
• Preparation of detailed technical specifications for the manufacture of products ;
• Distribution and control of the use of the trade-marketing budget;
• Collection of needs for ordering materials from the heads of supply companies, etc. departments;
• Conducting tenders for the purchase of products (full support from the formation of the brief and request);
• Complete closure of the "turnkey" direction of event marketing, ensuring the presence of the brand and sales managers at targeted events
• Quality control of brand trade marketing materials and implementation of operational management
• Development and preparation of POS materials for printing upon request PP. 
• Evaluation of test samples;
• Development of briefs and work with contractors (design, production);
• Development, organization of production, distribution of POS materials and control of their availability ;
• Organization of timely delivery and logistics of materials, gifts, etc.;
• Work in close relationship with the brand manager, designers;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, preparation of reports.

You are our candidate if you have:

• Higher education;
• Work experience of 3 years in a similar position;
• Work experience in SAP will be an advantage:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word , Power Point);
• Understanding the principles document flow;
• Understanding of printing and printing technologies, knowledge of POS materials and their implementation processes.
