Trade marketer in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

YASNO is abrand under which a group of companies operating in the supply of electricity, gas, energy efficiency solutions and electric vehicles. We provide services for 3.5 million Ukrainian families and 80 thousand legal clients. Three companies of the YASNO brand three times topped the rating of electricity suppliers of Ukraine compiled by the analytical center DiXi Group as part of the USAID project.

Trade marketer

We will solve the following tasks together with you:

• Planning and implementation of trade marketing activities;
• Tracking trends in trade marketing activities ;
• Development of proposals, ideas, concepts regarding the production and branding of marketing products (merch, souvenir products, POS materials);
• Distribution and control of the use of the trade marketing budget;
• Collection of needs for ordering materials from the heads of supply companies, heads of service departments, etc. departments;
• Communication with the heads of service departments, informing about any info drives related to their work;
• Monitoring the proper condition of service departments from the point of view of marketing (availability of all necessary marketing materials, visual compliance standards office):
  setting tasks for the designer and developing marketing materials and branding layouts of service departments, etc.;
  analysis of relevant events and activities for brand presence within event marketing, ensuring representation;
  conducting tenders for the purchase of products;
   evaluation of test samples;
   briefing and work with contractors;
   development, organization of production, distribution of POS materials and control of their availability;
• Organization of timely delivery and logistics of materials, gifts, souvenir products, etc.; working closely with the brand manager;
• Entering invoices for payment, control of payment, closing the issue of document circulation, write-off of products. Work in SAP;
• Sales analysis and forecasting, analysis of the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, preparation of reports.

You are our candidate if you have :

• Higher education;
• 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Work experience in SAP will be an advantage:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point);
• Understanding of the principles of document management;
• Understanding of printing technologies, drawing, knowledge of types POS materials and their implementation processes.
