The following skills are important to us:
— 1+ year of experience in Account Management.
— Communication: Ability to clearly convey ideas and build relationships with clients.
— Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in tournament setup and reporting.
— Client-Centric Attitude: Passion for client satisfaction and a desire to influence their growth positively.
— Open-Mindedness: Ability to adapt and be open to new ideas and approaches.
— Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating terms and conditions with clients and providers.
— Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
— Level of knowledge of English — at least B2.

Will be a plus:
— Experience: Prior experience as a tournament manager.
— Experience in Gambling industry.

Your future responsibilities:
— Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with all interested parties to ensure smooth tournament execution.
— Agreeing Tournament Conditions: Collaborate with clients to determine tournaments conditions.
— Setting Up Tournaments: Use our back-office to set up tournaments, including details like date, time, providers, rules, prize pool, and mechanics.
— Promoting the Tournament Tool: Actively promote our tournament tool to clients to help increase player engagement and satisfaction.
— Checking Results: Utilize our leaderboard to monitor and verify tournament results.
— Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports to clients after each tournaments.
