But travel planning experience and the ability to travel outside of package tours is a must! Wants to work in an office full-time. Can, likes and wants to work with people. Has experience in creating travel itineraries (commercial or personal). Can organize a trip according to his own idea. Can negotiate and get the best prices. several projects at the same time. And the most important thing is that he loves traveling and wants to discover the world with us. IMPORTANT: you need to work in the office full-time. No remote work or hybrid schedule. What you will do: Create very, very, very detailed travel plans. Calculate budgets. Choose the best guides and partners, conduct interviews with them. Provide logistics, choose and book hotels, transfers, activities, excursions. Go on expeditions as a tour leader and make the trip a better experience for the whole group. What do we mean by "very, very, very detailed travel plans"? For example: Where is the best place to spend the sunset according to the program? What time does the sun set at this time of year? When should we go to the store and buy wine for the picnic - today or the day before? What time will our main program end? What other option can we offer for the evening? How much time to plan for the Scenic Route in Monument Valley? Will we make it back to Las Vegas that day? How is the salary formed? The salary of everyone in the company consists of the rate and the bonus part. The rate is 40,000 hryvnias, the monthly bonus is 10,000 hryvnias. The bonuses depend on the fulfillment of the following KPIs: fulfillment of a personal plan for creating travel programs (30%); purposes when accompanying a group on a trip, if any this month (20%); profitability of trips that were planned before the sale this month (20%); performance of project tasks (10%); compliance with critical rules and deadlines (10%); quality of work (10%). About the probationary period In this position, it is 3 months. The salary does not differ during the trial period and after. About our hiring process I personally analyze all feedback and conduct phone and offline interviews. I make decisions quickly and provide feedback (both continuation of communication and its termination) immediately or the next day. Only a few days can pass between a response to a vacancy and receiving a job offer. About the team Our team consists of 7 tour leaders-developers of programs and I, the manager. You can easily ask your manager, colleagues from your department or other departments. If you need help, you write a letter to a colleague — and it is the colleague's task to provide an answer and help. None of the colleagues, not even the TOPs, can ignore your letter. A cover letter describing the travel experience is a mandatory element of the review. So I understand in particular that you have read the vacancy.
