I've been traveling since I was a student, planning everything on my own, and I've already visited 72 countries and Antarctica. She was a tour leader on trips to Australia, Namibia, China, Madagascar and Alaska. I have experience in multi-day trekking and climbing the six-thousanders - Kilimanjaro and Mera Peak.

I note, that we are not looking for a person with existing experience of creating commercial trips and accompanying commercial groups, because, apparently, there are simply no such ones). But travel planning experience and the ability to travel outside of package tours is a must!
IMPORTANT: you need to work in the office full time. No remote work or hybrid schedule.

The salary of everyone in the company consists of a rate and a bonus part.
The rate is 40,000 hryvnias, the monthly bonus is 10,000 hryvnias.
According to the results of the trip, tourists can thank the tour leader with a tip - on average 10,000 hryvnias.

About our hiring process
I personally analyze all reviews and conduct telephone and offline -interviews.
I make decisions quickly and provide feedback (both continuation of communication and its termination) immediately or on the next day.

About the team
On our team 7 tour leaders-program developers and me, the manager. You can easily ask a question to your manager, colleagues from your department or other departments. If you need help, you write a letter to a colleague - and it is the colleague's task to respond and help. None of your colleagues, not even TOPs, can ignore your letter.
