Why am I looking for a specialist personally, and not HR? We do not have an HR department. As leaders, we shape our teams and cultivate our corporate culture. All stages of selection are carried out by me. So let's get to know each other!

I am 38 years old, and I have been in the bodotravel team for 7 years. By education, I am an analyst, I worked for 7 years in my specialty at a top media holding. I've been traveling since I was a student, planning everything on my own, and I've already visited 72 countries and Antarctica. She was a tour leader on trips to Australia, Namibia, China, Madagascar and Alaska. I have experience in multi-day trekking and climbing the six-thousanders - Kilimanjaro and Mera Peak.

Now about our requirements for the specialist I am looking for:

I note, that we are not looking for a person with existing experience of creating commercial trips and accompanying commercial groups, because, apparently, there are simply no such ones). But travel planning experience and the ability to travel outside of package tours is a must!

  1. Want to work in the office full time.
  2. Knows, likes and wants to work with people.
  3. Has experience in foreign travel and can arrange a "difficult" journey based on your own idea.
  4. Able to structure large volumes of information and manage several projects simultaneously.
  5. Speaks English.
  6. Proactive and with a high level of self-organization.
  7. No bad habits (in particular: IQOS, glo, disposables, vapes, etc.).
  8. And the most important thing is that he loves traveling and wants to discover the world with us.

IMPORTANT: you need to work in the office full time. No remote work or hybrid schedule.

What you will do:

  1. Create very, very, very detailed plans travel.
  2. Calculate budgets.
  3. Choose the best guides and partners, conduct interviews with them.
  4. Provide logistics, choose and book hotels, transfers, activities, excursions .
  5. Go on an expedition as a tour leader and turn the trip into a better experience for everyone groups.

Important! There is NO need to sell tours. This is handled by the sales department.

What do we mean by "very, very, very detailed travel plans"? For example:

  • Where is the best place to spend the sunset according to the program? What time does the sun set at this time of year?
  • When should we go to the store and buy wine for the picnic - today or the day before?
  • What time will our main program end? ? What other option can we offer for the evening?
  • How much time to plan for the Scenic Route in Monument Valley? Will we make it back to Las Vegas that day?

How is the salary formed?

The salary of everyone in the company consists of a rate and a bonus part.

The rate is 40,000 hryvnias, the monthly bonus is 10,000 hryvnias.

According to the results of the trip, tourists can thank the tour leader with a tip - on average 10,000 hryvnias.

Bonuses depend on the fulfillment of the following KPIs:

  • fulfillment of a personal plan for creating travel programs (30%);
  • fulfillment of goals while accompanying the group trips, if any this month (20%);
  • profitability of trips that were planned before sales this month (20%);
  • fulfillment of project tasks (10%);< /li>
  • implementation of critical rules and deadlines (10%);
  • quality of work (10%).

About our hiring process

I personally analyze all reviews and conduct telephone and offline -interviews.

I make decisions quickly and provide feedback (both continuation of communication and its termination) immediately or on the next day.

Only a few days can pass between the response to the vacancy and the receipt of the job offer.

About the team

On our team 7 tour leaders-program developers and me, the manager. You can easily ask a question to your manager, colleagues from your department or other departments. If you need help, you write a letter to a colleague - and it is the colleague's task to respond and help. None of your colleagues, not even TOPs, can ignore your letter.
