The company is actively scaling and is currently building a systematic approach to performance and reward management. We are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Manager who will help connect business goals, performance metrics and team motivation into a single working system.
Area of responsibility:
- Development and implementation of KPI / OKR systems for marketing and administrative teams.
- Building and development of Total Rewards strategy for teams: compensation, bonuses, non-material motivation.
- Connection of business goals, team OKRs and individual KPIs with reward systems.
- Design and support of bonus models, performance review cycles (quarterly / annual).
- Work with department heads: facilitation, consultations, adaptation of metrics to real business processes.
- Preparation analytics, dashboards and presentations for the manager.
- Development of transparent and understandable rules and policies in this direction for employees and leaders.
Ideal candidate
- Experience of working as a Senior Total Rewards / C&B / Performance Manager in digital, IT or marketing companies.
- Deep understanding of KPI, OKR and performance management with practical experience implementation.
- Experience working with marketing, creative and administrative teams.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work Experience in building systems "from scratch" or significantly improving existing ones.
- High level of independence, systems thinking, attention to detail.
- Ability to build business partnerships without being overwhelmed by HR terms.
- Experience in fast-growing or international companies.
- Participation in scaling teams and structures.
- Experience in implementing performance cycles in several business units.
- Working with flexible motivation models (OKR-based bonuses, project rewards).
