TME Manager (TME Manager)

Your area of ​​responsibility will include:

• Ensuring effective functioning of the reporting system in the current CRM system based on business needs
• Initiating changes to develop the system in accordance with market needs
• Managing the processes of creating reports and developing information panels in PowerBI based on business requests from market users
• Cooperation with the TME Connect central team and providing recommendations on data architecture depending on business needs
• Support of maintenance processes of the CRM system, solving problematic issues, testing changes within the framework of releases together with the representatives of the TME Connect central team
• Management of the operational processes of the sales department using the available tools of the operational module (planning of activities, technical setting of distribution goals at the point of sale, creation of routes, reporting for offline users, etc. .) on a regular basis in accordance with current instructions
• Cooperation with the IT department to implement the use of the most relevant and modern IT solutions

Who are we looking for? As a professional, you have:

• Higher education (preferably IT, technical)
• 1-2 years of work experience in an international of the company           
• Experience of 1 year in the field of IT (CRM) or application programming
• Skills of working with relational databases, writing SQL queries
• Experience of working with Power BI (DAX, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Server)
• Leadership and team management skills (2+ people)
• Developed skills in effective communication and constructive conflict resolution
< li> Critical thinking, developed analytical abilities, etcand presentation skills
• Fluency in Ukrainian, English language level from Intermediate and above                                            
• Fluency in Microsoft Office 365 and Power Platform office applications
