About the role

We are looking for a person who will be the voice and face of our brand in TikTok. Someone who feels the rhythm of social networks, sees trends before others and can turn workflows into cool content. A little SMM, a little author content, a little creator - and a lot of drive.

What will you do

1. Create content for TikTok about company life: people, processes, backstage, jokes, culture
2. Film, edit, write scripts, capture moments
3. Build a brand in the format of short videos
4. Generate ideas, test formats, pick up trends
5. Maintain the page: posts, responses, activities
6. Analyze results: views, interaction, subscriber growth

Who we want to see in the team:

• You live TikTok and understand its laws
• You know how to shoot and edit (CapCut, mobile editing - okay)
• You can come up with an idea right here and now
• You feel comfortable in front of the camera or in the role of someone who manages the process
• You have a sense of style, rhythm, dynamics
• Ready (a) to work in the office, to be in the epicenter of events
• You have a sense of humor :)
