Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer in GeeksForLess

Looking for remote Tier-1 support agent to join a team of cybersecurity product. Long-term cooperation and full-time. Monday — Friday 9:00 am — 6:00 PM. Looking within Ukraine only.

Project description:

We support the autonomous breach protection platform, which eliminates the need of complex multi-product stacks, making robust breach protection within reach for any organization.

Responsibilities:

— Installation, configuration and finetune products remote and on-site.
— Working with customers to ensure full deployment and support.
— Create supporting documentation for customers
— Provide Tier1-2 support — include deep investigation, provide workaround to various problems while meeting SLAs.
— Working closely with the SoC, Research and Development teams to ensure quick resolution
— Understand customer needs and help to shape product.

Requirements:

Mandatory Requirements:

At least 1 year of the relevant experience
Basic understanding of the Windows environment
Customer Service and Communication Skills
Troubleshooting
Most popular Linux commands/utilities
Networking
Firewalls
Knowledge about most common Cyber Security attacks
Experience in work with foreign customers of enterprise organizations

Would be a plus:
AD, LDAP
Virtualization
SalesForce, AzureDevOps, Hyper-V, vSphere
