Basic functions:
- Organization of measures of implementation of digital initiatives aimed at digitalization of services and processes in the life of the Defense Forces of Ukraine;
- Creating and managing the implementation teams, determining the implementation strategy and steps to achieve the goals. Reconciling the goals of implementation with stakeholders and customers of digital initiatives;
- Organization and conduct of testing of information and communication systems, detection of bugs, interaction with the developer on their elimination, registration of relevant technical documentation by test results;

Basic requirements:
- Higher education in management, pedagogical education or other related field;
- Work experience of 3 years in digital project teams, process management and/or subordinate personnel;
- Experience in coordination, organization, training activities, including preparation of educational materials;
- Strong communication qualities, ability to organize their work and start processes around, the ability to formulate your opinion, clearly and clearly convey the necessary information to the team, stakeholders and ensure successful achievement of goals, time management and care for details;
