The manager of the VONA-hub project in Rokada, BF BO

ROKADA BF invites the manager of the VONA-hub project to the team.
The project is aimed at supporting women affected by domestic or gender-based violence and women in the risk group - through the development of their skills, professional opportunities and economic independence.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the work of the VONA-hub and career advisers.

• Planning and implementation of project activities.

• Monitoring the implementation of project tasks, preparation of reports.

• Interaction with communities, authorities, social services, employers and partners.

• Management of project resources (human, financial, material).

• Control of deadlines, quality of activities and documentary support.

Requirements:

• Higher education (law, economics, management, HR, social sciences or related).

• From 2 years of experience in project management, working with teams or professional programs development.

• Knowledge of labor legislation, the labor market and educational opportunities.

• Experience of participation in women's support programs or social projects is an advantage.

• Skills in organizing events, negotiations, communication with partners.

• A confident user of Microsoft Office.

• Proactivity, responsibility, high communication skills skills.

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
