Responsibilities:

Personnel:

  • Conducting interviews and training of employees;
  • Collection and transfer of employee documents for processing in the main office (passport, TIN, medical book, labor book); of hours worked.

Production control:

  • Control of compliance with the formulation of blanks;
  • Compliance with the formulation of the final product according to the technological map;
  • Control for write-offs/losses of products during production.

Ordering and control of products:

  • Timely submission of an application for ordering goods through the purchasing manager;
  • Receipt of goods for the bakery: checking quality, expiration dates, packaging quality, etc.;
  • Conducting selective and complete inventories. Compilation of the inventory report.

Management and control:

  • Creation and control of work schedules for bakery employees;
  • Execution of sales plans and CRI;
  • Control over the achievement of the "critical" level of inventory balances in the warehouse;
  • Absence of negative inventory balances in the accounting system;
  • Control over the availability and quality of finished products in the showcase;
  • Acceptance/transfer of shifts between employees, cash control.

Observance of bakery work standards:

  • Absence of bakery downtime;
  • Timely identification and notification of technical problems with bakery equipment;
  • Politeness and etiquette of employees when working with by buyers;
  • Control over the employee's appearance.

Control and compliance by employees with sanitary requirements:

  • Availability and correctness of medical records;
  • Control over the storage of finished products and stock in the warehouse: expiration date, presence of stickers, etc.;
  • Cleanliness of the bakery: hall, checkout area, showcase, toilet, etc.

Analysis and evaluation of customer feedback:

  • Taking necessary actions and measures to eliminate the cause of negative feedback.

It is important for us:

  • Experience in a similar field;
  • Knowledge of cashier discipline;
  • Ability to work in a team and motivate staff;
  • Use of a PC.
