Requirements:

• < strong>Higher education: You have a diploma in the field of marketing, economics or customer experience.
• Work experience: At least 2 years in a similar position or successful experience as a senior manager or the head of the program direction loyalty.
• Analytical skills: You know how to analyze data and make informed decisions based on it.

Responsibilities:

• Loyalty program management and development: Your task is to constantly improve our loyalty program, making it even more attractive for customers.
• < strong>Working with partners: Cooperation with partners regarding co-branded activities to expand program capabilities.
• Development of client assets: Client segmentation, development and implementation of omni-channel communication chains to increase client engagement.
• Project management: Integrating new services into the loyalty program and ensuring their smooth operation.
