Your functional duties:
1. Monitoring key performance indicators of the telemarketing group, analyzing dashboards, identifying problem areas;
2. Making suggestions for improving the performance of the group;
3. Working with a team;
4. Development of a motivation system (sales/cross sales);
5. Implementation of the sales plan;
6. Making proposals for expanding the client base segment.
