Project manager for a charitable foundation in Klub dobrodiyiv, Blagodiyniy fond

"Klub Dobrodiyiv" is an all-Ukrainian charitable organization that has been helping children since 2016. The foundation works to ensure that every child has the right to a safe and happy childhood, as well as a chance to succeed regardless of social status and life circumstances.

One of our projects is social-emotional support for young peoplewith the support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).The project was implemented in order to support and improve teenagers their emotional state and help them find a point of support within themselves. 

Therefore, we invite a Project Manager to join our team!

In this role, we see a powerful specialist with multifunctional skills in management, communications and the ability to effectively manage projects; a person with bright charisma, strong organizational qualities, who is passionate about his work, believes in his capabilities and inspires every member of his team.

Roles and tasks:

• operational management of socio-emotional support in Kyiv, Chernihiv and Zhytomyr regions; 
• timely identification of project risks and their management, including scope changes, delays and budget overruns, as well as prompt application of measures to mitigate these risks; 
• determining algorithms and setting project priorities;
• ensuring KPI implementation;
• communication with state bodies and public organizations regarding the organization and development of the project; 
• team formation, motivation and development; 
• formation of the budget, creation of new concepts, program documentation for cooperation for 2025; 
• development and updating of project documentation, control of contracts with donors, monthly and quarterly descriptive and financial reporting.

Qualities and experience that we expect from the candidate ( -ky):

• work experience in team management and project management from 2 years (work experience in non-profit organizations will be an advantage);
• experience in the formation and management of budgets;
• experience in international projects will be an additional advantage;
• level of knowledge of English — from upper intermediate;
• skills in external communications to present the project to a wide audience and its target audience;
• excellent command negotiation, organizational, analytical and problem-oriented skills, the ability to structure information;
• communicability, responsibility and initiative, a high level of self-organization, readiness for non-standard situations, attention to details.
