The "Social Partnership" charity fund in Ukraine, which is actively restoring its functions exclusively according to the rules of a similar fund in Georgia (https://chernovetskyifund.ge/ua/), is looking for an experienced manager to open a network of homes for the elderly.

Portrait of a successful candidate:

• business qualities, creative thinking, the ability to work with the Internet to obtain up-to-date information about the work of similar organizations in order to make the best managerial decisions from them;
• higher education and knowledge of the English language - welcome;
• willingness to pass tests for with the help of a polygraph for reliability;
• the presence of recommendations / characteristics from the last two places of work is mandatory.

What is needed for communication to be continued:

• send your resume with a photo and an assessment of language skills (Ukrainian, Russian, English on a 10-point scale) as a response to this ad. In response, you will receive a test in which you can prove in a few sentences that you are exactly the person we are looking for;
• take the test and prepare a video in Russian of 1-2 minutes in length, in which it is concise in a business style to talk about your most outstanding decisions at past places of work, without mentioning your name and patronymic again, but only reporting information about the case. You will receive more detailed instructions in a letter that will arrive in your mail;
