We invite you to join of our team of proactive caller/senior manager of the call center of the online store

Our expectations:                                                    - 2 years of experience in a managerial position in the call center of an online store
- Experience in online sales
- Experience with 1C 8
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of modern technologies and tools for call center operation
- Ability to make decisions in stressful situations
- Higher education will be an advantage
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language

Main duties:
- Organization and control of call center work
- Development and implementation of sales and customer service standards
- Training and development of a team of online store sales managers
- Analysis of performance indicators and development of measures for their improvement
- Customer consultation and sale of online store products by phone and direct mail
- Dealing with customer complaints and suggestions
- Interaction with other departments of the company and optimization of call center processes
