Our team needs a technically competent specialist with a high level of communication, analytical skills and a creative approach to solving complex problems. Our candidate must meet the following requirements: Higher education in electrical engineering. Knowledge of the structure and principle of operation of charging stations for electric vehicles will be a significant advantage. Confident user of Microsoft Office, 1C, Kompas or AutoCAD, basic programming skills. Knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation. Willingness for infrequent, short-term business trips (in Ukraine). Connections: Analysis of the competitive environment in terms of sales, prices, assortment, novelties based on open and closed direction data (charging stations for electric vehicles, control relays, Wi-Fi devices, smart home systems). Analysis of the sales structure with the aim of expanding its volumes. Development of product strategies. Formation of sales forecasts: short-term (month) and long-term (year). Formation of orders to suppliers. Participation in negotiations with partners and consumers with a view to product promotion, determination of competitive advantages and reasons for growth/decline in demand. Participation in specialized events (exhibitions, presentations, seminars, etc.). Formation of reports on these measures for the manager. Optimization (reduction) of the range when the competitiveness of products changes. Participation in the procedure for the introduction of new products. Provision of information for packaging, passports, catalogs, booklets, presentations, stands, sites, in 1C and other sources of information about the product. Control of the correctness of this information. Conducting training on new products and the current assortment. Drafting proposals for marketing activities (promotions, motivational programs, etc.). Knowledge of the main technical characteristics and advantages of products compared to the main competitors. monitoring of the fulfillment of profitability target indicators. Control of product acceptance and incoming control. Working conditions: Standard working day from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday reduced working day until 4:00 p.m. (about 10% of working time — business trip).
