Head of Projects and Business Process Improvement Management Programs in PrivatBank

Privatbank Basic responsibilities:

• Provision of projects and project programs (consisting of several projects) of the bank at the request of the board members of the Board and the Supervisory Board

• Analysis and optimization of existing bank processes through: automation, standardization of duplications and unnecessary steps, simplification, development of matrices of responsibility

  Construction of new processes and their formalization in the bank according to existing requirements

• Development, implementation and support of continuous process improvement systems

• Consultations and Training of Bank employees and Lean Fundamentals and Principles

• Calculation of Economic Efficiency and Professional Projects

• 2+ years of experience in the role of the project manager

• 5+ Successfully implemented projects

• Big Team Management Experience (5+ people)

• Experience of implementation of projects for CEO/members of the company

• KPI Experience and Implementation Processes and Appraisal Programs

• Experience in the direction of risk assessment and development of mechanisms for minimizing them

• Experience in the field of analysis and optimization of existing business processes and construction new

• Experience in Study and Personnel Development

• Mastering Tools and Methods of Project Management

• Mastering Business Analysis Tools and Methods (Babok Guide)

• Ability to System and Analyze Different Information Streams

• The ability to analyze large data ranges and structured the results

• Skills of Construction of Effective Communication with Bank Units of any Level

• Knowledge of Business Ukrainian Language

• English Knowledge at English (Intermediate B1+)-Preparation of Materials and Presentation of their Management of any level

• 3+ years of work experience in the banking sector in the direction of change of change \ project management

• Understanding the principles of business processes in the banking sector

• Availability of Lean or 6 SIGMA Certificates

• Ability to Model Business Processes

• Participation in the development of methodological materials on process management, e-training courses
