The first line of technical support in Tucha

tucha.ua is the leading Ukrainian provider of cloud decisions for business. We help companies work steadily, safely and efficiently. We are now looking for a responsible and attentive specialist on the first line of support.

Your main tasks:
• Processing incoming customer requests (e -mail, phone, chat).

• Support on polite and professional level, communication with clients.

what we expect:
• confident use of the PC and the Internet.
• Competent Ukrainian (oral and written).
• Responsibility, punctuality, care for details. Services will be an advantage (but optional).

Working conditions:
• Full employment, schedule: Mon-Fri, 9: 00–18: 00 (1 hour of lunch break).
• Ability to work remotely (for candidates not from Kiev) or in the office (m. Kiev).
• Official employment.
• Studying and mentoring in the first stages of work.
