Chief specialist of the protocol department of information and analytical support and protocol management in Ministerstvo ekonomiki Ukrayini

The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine is the main body for ensuring the implementation of state economic, price, investment and foreign economic policy. Takes an active position in the implementation of large-scale and important projects for the state.

We are looking for a Chief Specialist department of the management protocol of information and analytical support and protocol, which is ready to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values ​​of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

We are looking for a goal-oriented professional who knows how to work in a quality and result-oriented mode.

Main duties:

• 1. Protocol and organizational support for preparation, holding of joint intergovernmental commissions on trade and economic cooperation and other international official events on behalf of the administration's leadership
• 2. Organizational and protocol support of negotiations and meetings of the Ministry of Economy leadership with representatives of foreign countries
• 3. Organization of solemn signing ceremonies of joint bilateral and multilateral documents with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry of Economy
• 4. Accompanying delegations during foreign visits and working trips to Ukraine by the Ministry's leadership: - coordination of work with Ukrainian embassies abroad; - protocol support of events according to the program.
• 5. Business trips within Ukraine and abroad during visits by the leadership of the Ministry
  
  

You are suitable if you have:

• (work experience of at least one year at civil service or in local self-government bodies will be an advantage)
• must have a level of command of the English language - not lower than B1 (spoken, written)< /li>
• degree of higher education – no lower than a bachelor’s degree (education in the field of training international relations; international law; country studies will be an advantage)
• fluency in the state language
• Knowledge of the Laws of Ukraine "On Civil Service", "On Prevention of Corruption"
